In this 12-week full body program I’ll show you how to start and progress your mobility training. The program is split in 3 phases that build on each other, with 2 different workouts each phase. Workouts are scheduled 4 times a week and will take you about 15 minutes each.

You’ll receive your program as a downloadable PDF, complete with written descriptions and video links for all exercises. Additionally, an invite to access your program in the app will be emailed to you.

Equipment needed:

  • yoga block or any other object of similar height (shoe, book, etc.)

  • elevated surface (box, chair, pile of yoga blocks, etc.)

Optional equipment:

  • mat or carpet (to make working out on the floor more comfortable)
