  • Very. I’ve been working with beginners for a while now and what you’ll find in the programs is exactly what I do with them. I throw in a couple of intermediate exercises at later stages of the programs, but nothing you haven’t worked up to in the earlier phase.

  • Absolutely, you don’t need gym access. Please check the information on required equipment (and alternatives) before your purchase to make sure you have everything you need at home.

  • No, 8 weeks is the shortest you’ll get here. I understand that 8 or 12 weeks might sound like a long commitment, but my goal is to really improve your mobility and overall health. I could easily write you a fancy 30-day plan, but that wouldn’t get you far for the simple reason that joints, ligaments and tendons need way more time to adapt to new stimuli than muscles do.

  • I offer in person personal training in Berlin and Potsdam, Germany. If you’re interested in working with me, send me an e-mail so we can find out if we’re a good match and discuss conditions.

  • You can perform your mobility workout before as well as after your regular training routine or as a separate workout (for example on rest days).

  • Yes! Like any other form of training, high intensity mobility training can leave you feeling a little sore the next day (especially when you’re new to certain movements or mobility training in general). That type of soreness usually won’t be too bad, so you don’t necessarily have to take a day off. However, if you feel limited in certain movements, don’t overdo it and listen to your body.

  • Please note that although I know a thing or two about the human body, I am not a doctor or physical therapist. If you have any health issues, please consult with a healthcare professional before attending my programs.
