In this 8-week beginner program I’ll help you get into shoulder mobility training to prepare your shoulders for whatever life may throw at them (and enable you to throw back even harder). The program is split in 2 phases that build on each other, with 2 different workouts each phase. Workouts are scheduled 4 times a week and will take you about 15 minutes each.

You’ll receive your program as a downloadable PDF, complete with written descriptions and video links for all exercises. Additionally, an invite to access your program in the app will be emailed to you.

Equipment needed:

  • 2 yoga blocks (you can use books or small weight plates instead)

  • light resistance band

Optional equipment:

  • mat or carpet (to make working out on the floor more comfortable)

  • tennis ball

  • 2 light weights (1 or 2kg)
