Knee training is essential for maintaining mobility, strength and overall joint health. It helps prevent injuries, aids in rehabilitation and ensures your knees remain flexible and robust, allowing you to move with ease throughout life. Whether it’s walking, running, or playing sports - strong knees are your foundation for staying active and pain-free.

In this 9 week program I’ll help you to start your journey towards bulletproof knees. The program is split into 3 phases that build on each other. Each phase consists of 1 routine that you’ll be doing for 3 weeks before moving on to the next phase. Workouts are scheduled 3 times per week and will take you 15-20 minutes.

You’ll receive your program as a downloadable PDF, complete with written descriptions and video links for all exercises. Additionally, an invite to access your program in the app will be emailed to you.

Equipment needed:

  • elevated surface (box, bench, chair etc.)

  • resistance band

  • towel (you can use a t-shirt instead)

  • step or yoga block

  • weight (dumbbell, kettlebell, weight plate etc.)
